Terms and Conditions for Expansion of Services to New Locations
1. Applicability of Existing Agreement
Any additional or newly requested locations added by the Client shall be governed by the same Terms and Conditions as set forth in the Client's current active agreement. No separate agreement shall be required unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
2. Pricing and Billing Terms
The same pricing structure, fees, and billing frequency outlined in the Client's current active agreement shall apply to all newly added locations, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.
3. Go-Live Date for New Locations
The go-live date for each newly added location shall occur upon completion of the onboarding process, including but not limited to system configuration, required documentation, integrations (if applicable), and confirmation by the Provider that the location is fully operational.
4. Onboarding Requirements
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and cooperation required to complete onboarding in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in a delayed go-live date.
5. No Signature Requirement
This Expansion agreement is executed electronically through the Platform and does not require a physical or electronic signature to be valid or enforceable. Submission of a request to add New Locations through the Platform constitutes the Client's acceptance of these terms.
6. Responsibility for Expansion Link
The Client is solely responsible for securely storing and managing the Expansion link provided through the Platform. The Provider shall not be liable for unauthorized use resulting from the Client's failure to properly safeguard such link.
